Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the bicycle is in its original condition and securely packed in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will help you arrange a courier collection or provide instructions for dropping the package at a designated service point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchanged model within 5-7 business days.
