How do I choose the right frame size for my LEKKER bike?
We provide a detailed sizing guide on each product page. Generally, our frames are designed to accommodate a wide range of heights, but we recommend measuring your inseam to ensure the most comfortable riding position.
Does my bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, your bike arrives 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you get on the road in under 30 minutes.
What is the range of your electric bike batteries?
Depending on the model and the level of pedal assistance used, our e-bikes typically offer a range between 40km and 100km on a single charge. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and wind conditions will also influence the total distance.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All LEKKER frames come with a 2-year warranty, and all components (including electrical parts) are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my bike if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging and condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the product is faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to most countries within Europe, Australia, and the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
